Le dispositif « Entreprise accueillante » lancé par Nantes Métropole vous permet, si vous êtes dirigeant d’entreprise, de valoriser votre activité tout en accompagnant des publics éloignés de l’emploi.
Gest Conseil a rejoint en 2020 le dispositif « Entreprise accueillante », marquant ainsi son engagement à favoriser l’accès à l’emploi des publics qui en sont le plus éloigné et à promouvoir l’égalité des chances. Pour cela, Corinne Gest, consultante/formatrice RH et gérante de la structure, est active bénévolement dans différents organismes associatifs et institutionnels :
- Marraine au sein de l’association « Un parrain 1 emploi », elle assure à des demandeurs d’emploi un accompagnement individuel et gratuit pouvant aller jusqu’à 6 mois. https://parrainemploi.com/
- Adhérente à l’ « Association 100 000 Entrepreneurs », elle intervient dans les établissements scolaires auprès des collégiens et lycéens pour témoigner de son parcours personnel et professionnel et promouvoir l’entreprenariat au féminin. https://www.100000entrepreneurs.com/
- Elle est aussi référencée sur la plateforme « Choisir mon métier Pays de la Loire » créée par le CARIFOREF des Pays de la Loire pour répondre à des enquêtes de personnes à la découverte de métiers afin qu’elles puissent trouver des conseils dans leur projet de reconversion. https://www.choisirmonmetier-paysdelaloire.fr/rencontreunpro/accueil
